Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Ordane ("we", "us", or "our"), including our website, dashboard, booking pages, and related services (collectively, the "Service").
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
Ordane provides appointment scheduling, client management, calendar synchronization, messaging integrations and the Ordelle AI assistant. Available features depend on the workspace and its connected services. In a restricted testing workspace, access is limited to invited participants using approved accounts and phone numbers; it is not open for real customer use.
3. Your account
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
4. Customer data & consent
Only enter information you are authorized to use. Obtain and honor the consent required for messages, respect opt-outs and use the Service only for lawful purposes. During testing, use fictional client details and contact numbers you control. Our Privacy Policy explains how information is processed and how to make a privacy request.
5. Testing and paid features
Online payments, subscription changes and marketing are disabled in the restricted testing workspace. Recording an offline payment does not charge a card or transfer funds. Where a paid feature is offered, review its displayed pricing and applicable provider terms before choosing to use it.
6. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the Service, attempt to access other tenants' data, interfere with availability or security controls, or use the Service to send spam or unlawful content.
7. Testing limitations
The testing service may be interrupted, changed or unavailable. AI responses can be inaccurate. Review appointment details, messages and proposed actions before confirming them, and report unexpected behavior to Ordane.
